Ryan Shaffer (2018) picked up big time recognition at the Big Shots Top 100 Camp in Raleigh over the weekend.
Shaffer, who averaged over 16 points per game and shot better than 56% from the floor this past season for WCBA 11th Blue, was named the Most Valuable Player at the Big Shots Top 100 Camp. It follows three MVP performances at Big Shots tournaments over the course of the season, including one at Big Shots Myrtle Beach I in July.
Shaffer, who stands at 6-foot-4, will be a senior this season for Green Hope High School in Cary.
Big Shots said on Twitter that Shaffer is a Division I-level player who can shoot the ball and has a high basketball IQ.
