Registration for our Fall season will open August 19th! 

Please note: we have changed our Registration process to PlayMetrics.  The Fall Rec League registration link is on our website in multiple locations. 

We have attempted to migrate our active user database to PlayMetrics. As a result, you may get an invitation to join the WCBA club. You can also click the Fall Rec League registration link which will take you to PlayMetrics where you can set up an account if you don't already have one. If you already have a PlayMetrics account, you can click on the registration link and sign in with your current PlayMetrics account. If you have not used PlayMetrics before, you will need to create an account. 

After setting up your new account or logging into your existing PlayMetrics account don't forget to join the WCBA club. Once you do, you will see the Fall '24 Rec League program and will be able to register.

When setting up or validating your account please make sure your player's birthdate is accurate. The PlayMetrics system will auto-assign a school grade and a U-number (age group). Please ensure the school grade is correct for the 2024-25 school year and use the age group for your player - e.g., U11 if your player is 11 years old.

Fall 2024 Rec League Key Dates

The season includes 4-6 practices and 9-11 games depending on age group and registration numbers.  

The cost is $250 for grades 3-12 and $150 for grades 1-2.   Please note:  if you are new to the WCBA, you will need to order a jersey as well.   A jersey is $25 and can be used in future seasons.  If you currently have a jersey, you do not need to order another one.

Because of limited gym space, there is a limit of 72 players per age group.   All games/practices will be played at the Dream Center, 5616 Fox Road.   We will add players and additional gym space if possible.

We need volunteer coaches!!  Please indicate on your registration that you would like to coach. 

We have been consistently selling out each season, so please register early.
