In partnership with Performax Physical Therapy and Head Trainer Craig Wilson, WCBA Training Center opens November 1st in Brier Creek at 201 Kitty Hawk Drive.
WCBA Training Center will feature a small full court, a regulation half-court shooting center, a skills training area, a large Strength, Agility, Quickness (SAQ) training area, and a turf training area.
All sessions will be available for 1st grade and above. Players will be grouped by age and skill level at each session. All COVID protocols will be followed to ensure a safe experience for all. Accordingly, session space will be limited to a set number of participants at any one time.
90 minute sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:00-6:30 and Saturday and Sunday from 1:00-2:30. $40/session or $120 for 4 sessions (all 4 sessions must be used within 4 weeks).
Sessions will consist of 20-30 minutes of ball handling, 20-30 minutes of shooting drills, and 20-30 minutes of scrimmaging small-sided games (3v3, 4v4, etc.)
Get 300-500 shots in an hour on The Gun and shooting stations. $25 per session.
4:00-5:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
2:30-3:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
You can do both Shooting Club and Skills on the same day for $50.
Many of you have asked for Individual or small group training session. These will be tailored to each group's skill level. You can put your own group together.
Cost $50 for one person, $40 per person for 2-5, and $30 per person for 6 or more.
Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00-4:00 PM or 4:00-5:00 PM.
Thanksgiving Camp: Nov 26-27. Full- and half-day camps.
Christmas Camp: Dec 21-24 and Dec 28-Jan 1. Full- and half-day camps.
Jan 18, 19 Holiday and Teacher Workday: Full- and half-day camps.
Track-out Camps for Track 4: Jan 4-Jan 22. Full- and half-day camps.
Full-day Camp: 8:30-5:30, Mon-Fri. $80/day (5days for $300).
Half-day Camp: 8:30-12:30 or 1:30-5:30, Mon-Fri. $50/session (5 half days for $200).
Space is limited and sessions will be capped at 23 players so please reserve your spot early. Write Steve Sterrett now to hold a spot at any of the sessions. Please specify name and grade of player and what sessions they will attend. We will follow up with confirmation and details. Payment will be at the door via cash or Venmo. Invite your friends and teammates and we will be sure to pair them up together.
Craig Wilson owns Molding A Champion which is focused on "shaping the athlete's performance towards excellence." Craig currently trains pro, college, and high school athletes and has been a long-time skills trainer and coach with WCBA.
